We would like to warmly welcome Dr Sandra Lim Hui Juan, MBBS (NUS), Grad Dip Family Med, on board our Erena Family Clinic team!

She will be practising at Erena Family Clinic every Wednesday mornings, starting in January 2026.

She has a wealth of experience in Family Medicine, having worked for the last 15 years in the primary care sector -- both in polyclinics and GP clinics. She has been a familiar face in the Bukit Batok West community for the last 7 years having worked as a Family Physician there.

Dr Sandra has special interest in paediatric care, women's health, and is adept in chronic disease management. She is also an accredited LPA certificate issuer.

It was a privilege for Dr. Grace Ong to be given the opportunity to share with the residents from Bukit Batok Zone 9 Residents' Network about critical issues such as Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Advanced Medical Directive (AMD). It was an engaging session with many great questions.

This was certainly a good reminder to all that these things have to be planned in advance so that we can all have a peace of mind for ourselves and our loved ones!

We are looking for a part-time Clinic Assistant to join the Erena team at Bukit Batok to work with our current 2 full time clinic assistants. We are looking for someone who can commit to approximately 20 hours - can be negotiated.

Work Scope:

· Assisting the clinic resident doctor (or any doctor on duty) in the daily medical clinic operations
· Attend to walk in patients and answering of phone calls
· Frontline counter duties and dispensing of medications and collection of payment
· Registration of patients and scheduling of appointments
· Assisting Clinic Manager with claims such as CHAS, corporate claims, healthier SG
· Ensure patient satisfaction and resolution of conflicts
· Ensure compliance to healthcare regulations and remain updated on latest changes in protocols and regulations

Preference will be given to those with prior GP Clinic experience, and candidates fluent in English and Mandarin.
