本次内训旨在深化团队对五行（木、火、土、金、水）与人体脏腑经络关系的理解，同时提升在实际调理中的专业判断与应用能力。课程融合经络按摩技巧与精油配方应用，实现理论与实操的有机结合。

🌿 同时，课程也融入2026年五运六气趋势解析，从「时间医学」的角度出发，帮助团队建立更具前瞻性的健康管理与个案调理思维。

✨ 通过这次培训，团队不仅巩固了专业知识，也进一步提升了面对不同体质与症状时的应对能力，为未来提供更精准、更有温度的服务奠定坚实基础。

On 25 April 2026, we conducted an internal training focused on Five-Element meridian therapy and herbal essential oil applications.

This session aimed to deepen the team’s understanding of the relationship between the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and the body’s organ-meridian systems, while strengthening practical skills in real-world applications. The training integrated theory with hands-on techniques, including meridian therapy and essential oil formulations.

🌿 In addition, insights from the 2026 Yunqi (Five Movements & Six Climate Factors) were incorporated, offering a forward-looking perspective on time-based health management and preventive care.

✨ Through this session, the team strengthened both knowledge and practical capability, enabling us to better support diverse body conditions with greater precision, care, and professionalism.
