Thank you all for coming down on a precious weekend and we hope everyone enjoyed the symposium jointly organised by Orthotech and PAS held on Sunday! It was certainly a very informative session to hear from the speakers about their experience dealing with various musculoskeletal conditions as well as new innovations in orthotics and AFO design. Also, we had a great discussion about treatment strategies specific to the local Singapore context! Glad to see everyone and we hope to see you at our next event!

For our next CE event on 13th July, we have Ms Polly Lim who will be presenting on Midfoot Osteoarthritis all the way from Melbourne. She's a leading researcher at La Trobe University and she will be sharing about Midfoot OA and the latest research on this topic. Closing the gap in DFU care: Post-Amputation Recovery & Exudate Control.

On 24th of May, our members and colleagues gathered for an exclusive evening dedicated to advancing Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) management. In collaboration with Coloplast, we explored the clinical complexities of limb salvage and wound healing.

We were honored to feature two esteemed experts:

Ms. Sophie Whitelaw (Senior Principal Podiatrist, NUHS), who shared invaluable “pearls of wisdom” on the podiatric approach to post-amputation recovery.

Dr. Joseph Lo (Lead, Wound and Vascular Centre, Woodlands Health), who provided a deep dive into his clinical perspectives on high-risk wound management and expertise on limb salvaging procedures.

A huge thank you to the team at Grand Park City Hall for the wonderful hospitality, and to Coloplast for making this evening of professional growth possible.
