The day culminated in an inspiring Opening Ceremony with welcome messages from A/Prof Soranit Siltharm and Dr Doris Ng, the captivating Invited Lecture “A Culinary Journey of the KING Durian” by Prof Teh Bin Tean, and a Welcome Reception that set the stage for over 800 attendees to connect and explore the latest in clinical nutrition.
