🌟 Congratulations on the Perfect Completion of the 2026 Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva Sacred Birthday · Auspicious Hell Gate Closing Fire Puja — May the Merits Benefit All Beings! 🌟
On September 10, 2026, we joyfully celebrated the sacred birthday of the Great Vow Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva, coinciding with the completion of the seventh lunar month and the auspicious closing of the Hell Gate.
With the sincere aspirations and support of devotees from the ten directions, the Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva Sacred Birthday · Auspicious Hell Gate Closing Fire Puja was brought to perfect completion! 🙏
🪷 Inspired by Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva’s profound Great Vow:
“Until the hells are emptied, I vow not to attain Buddhahood; only when all beings are liberated will I realize Bodhi.”
The merits of the Fire Puja were dedicated to our ancestors, Karmic Creditors, beings of the Six Realms, and all beings connected by karmic affinity. May the departed attain liberation, the living find peace, karmic grievances be resolved, and blessings and wisdom continue to grow.
⛰️ This Fire Puja also specially dedicated merits to beings of the Six Realms who perished in the disaster along the China–Nepal border, while offering prayers for the missing, the injured, rescue personnel, and affected families.
May natural and human-caused disasters soon cease, the injured recover, the missing return safely, and the people find peace and stability.
🔥 The Fire Puja was prepared with joss paper, abundant food offerings, clothing packages, clothing boxes, and Hell Hostel offerings. Auspicious lotus flowers and Dharma Vessels were also specially prepared.
🪷 Lotus Flowers Enter the Sacred Fire · Transforming into Light
Each lotus carried the compassionate aspirations of the assembly. As the lotuses entered the sacred flames, they transformed into radiant light, with the merits dedicated to beings throughout the Six Realms.
May all suffering beings be free from suffering, may karmic obstacles be purified, may wholesome affinities arise, and may all journey toward light, peace and liberation.
⛵ Dharma Vessels Set Sail · Compassion Guides Beings Across
As fellow practitioners respectfully invited the beings of the Six Realms who had perished in the China–Nepal border disaster to board the Dharma Vessel, a sudden gust of wind swept through the site. The Dharma Vessel moved with the wind and, in that very moment, seemed to become noticeably heavier.
Those present felt goosebumps throughout their bodies. It was a profound and unforgettable moment.
The assembly immediately began chanting in unison:
“Namo Amitābha Buddha.”
Through the merits of the sacred Buddha Name, we respectfully accompanied beings of karmic affinity aboard the Dharma Vessel, praying that they may cross the ocean of suffering and journey toward the luminous shore of liberation. 🙏
🔥 Then, as the Fire Puja approached its perfect completion, another extraordinary moment unfolded.
A sudden, powerful gust of wind—almost like a whirlwind—swept through the Fire Puja grounds.
Practitioners present regarded this extraordinary occurrence as an auspicious response, signifying beings of the Dharma Realm coming forth to receive the offerings prepared for them.
With joy and reverence, everyone continued chanting and dedicating the merits, praying that all beings connected by affinity would receive what they needed and be freed from suffering.
🙏 More Than Offerings — The Power of Lineage and Transmission
That evening was not simply about burning material offerings.
Through a Fire Puja practice supported by an authentic lineage and transmission, the offerings, compassionate aspirations, prayers, and merits of the assembly were dedicated in accordance with the Dharma.
With profound gratitude, we thank Master Zhang Bu Sheng for His compassionate blessings and guidance, enabling the entire Fire Puja—from the opening of the sacred space and presentation of offerings, to liberation prayers, blessings and the final dedication of merits—to be brought to perfect completion.
Beyond preparing abundant offerings for beings of the Dharma Realm, many students and devotees also entrusted Master Zhang to dedicate merits for their ancestors, Karmic Creditors, and suffering beings, while praying for the living to be blessed, protected from calamities, and freed from adverse conditions.
Through this auspicious affinity, we also sincerely requested Master Zhang to compassionately provide special spiritual assistance for all suffering beings connected by affinity.
May those awaiting liberation find liberation.
May those still suffering journey toward freedom.
May karmic obstacles and adverse conditions be cleared.
May calamities be averted, blessings and wisdom increase, and all enjoy peace and auspiciousness. 🙏

May future generations flourish, families live in harmony, and blessings and wisdom increase;
May all beings be freed from calamities, karmic obstacles and adverse conditions, and enjoy peace and auspiciousness;
May harmony prevail throughout the Six Realms and all beings abide in peace and happiness.
