So here’s the short version:
• after you order, we’ll reach out within 24h to guide you on pickup
• your milk will be collected in dedicated cooler bags meant for breast milk collection only
• just pack your milk bags into larger ziploc bag(s), with your name and order number
• if your volume is written on each bag, you can roughly tally it up
• if not, weighing works too. we’ll guide you
• if your milk is more than your package size, we’ll weigh it on arrival and check with you before anything starts
• you can request custom powder packet sizes from 90–180ml
• you’ll also get WA updates along the way: pickup → arrival → before processing → delivery
• lead time is usually around 7–20 days, depending on volume and queue
