📚 Gallbladder Diseases on Ultrasound;
🔹 Gallstones (Cholelithiasis):
Echogenic foci with posterior acoustic shadowing and mobility.
🔹 Acute Cholecystitis:
Gallstones, thickened gallbladder wall (>3 mm), pericholecystic fluid, and positive sonographic Murphy sign.
🔹 Gallbladder Polyps:
Fixed echogenic lesions attached to the wall without acoustic shadowing.
🔹 Gallbladder Carcinoma:
Irregular wall thickening, intraluminal mass, or mass replacing the gallbladder.
🔹 Other Gallbladder Pathologies:
• Gallbladder sludge
• Adenomyomatosis
• Porcelain gallbladder
• Chronic cholecystitis
• Gallbladder empyema.
