Confusing;

A mother came to the ANC clinic and presented the followings
- Four months amenorrhea, with no any irregularities in her menstrual period before.
- On the test, HCG results shown negative in urine and partially positive in serum with no history of miscarriage.
- There's an enlargement of breasts and dark ar**la.
- Earlier in the first month when she lost her period, there was a morning sickness, carving, nausea and vomiting and weight loss.

Following that she came to my clinic for the HCG test, the results showed negative again and there were no physical signs of pregnancy(on the abdominal).

As a health professional, what could be the possible diagnosis?

A 26 year old mother came to the Antenatal clinic and presented the following to you.
She delivered her first born baby without any complications and the baby is alive. In the process, she lost 5 pregnancies consecutively at three months and both are rhesus positive.
As a Gynecologist, midwife or any other health professionals, what could be your diagnosis?
