When Dr. Riek Machar assumes the presidency of our Republic, the following measures will be put into effect immediately:
1. Each soldier of the SSPDF will receive SSP 1.5 million (approximately $300 at the current exchange rate).
2. Every household will benefit from a monthly stipend of $200 (Social Security), distributed on the 20th of each month.
3. An estimated 1.2 million jobs will be created annually.
4. Oil production will be boosted by 30% each year.
5. The government will initiate large-scale agricultural projects.
6. Support for small businesses will be established and managed equitably.
7. All civil servants and organized forces will receive their payments promptly.
8. Free veterinary services will be provided to all pastoralists nationwide.
9. The SSPDF will be renamed to the South Sudan Armed Forces (SSAF).
10. The SSAF will be deployed in border towns such as Geger, Pagak, Kaiya, Raja Mandeng, and Yida.
11. Major cities and towns like Bentiu, Bor, Juba, Malakal, Wau, and Yambio will be solely managed by the police (SSPS) to reduce crime and ensure the protection of VIPs.
12. Numerous foreign investors will establish a presence throughout South Sudan.
