HEALTH PRECAUTION NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF AWEIL 📌

The recent increase in caterpillars (Mathiang-anyoor or anyor-nyor) in parts of Aweil calls for caution from all community members. You should know that some caterpillars may appear harmless while certain species can cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, eye problems, and respiratory discomfort when touched or when their tiny hairs come into contact with the body.

To protect yourself and your family:

✅ Avoid touching caterpillars with bare hands.
✅ Keep children away from areas heavily infested with caterpillars.
✅ Wear protective clothing, gloves, and closed shoes when working in affected areas.
✅ Avoid rubbing your eyes after being in contact with trees or vegetation where caterpillars are present.
✅ Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean water after outdoor activities.
✅ Shake and inspect clothes, bedding, and other materials that may have been exposed outdoors.

Dear readers,
This is to update you about the recent manufactured drink call "sting". This drinks is toxic and can leads to oxotoxicity to some of your vital organs, be warn!!
It causes:
1. Cardiovascular Strain:
The combination of ingredients significantly increases heart rate and blood pressure, leading to tachycardia, palpitations, and in extreme or pre-existing cases, arrhythmia or cardiac arrest.

2. Metabolic & Weight Issues:
A single bottle of Sting contains a high amount of added sugar (around 50g), which exceeds the maximum daily recommended added sugar intake (typically 25-36g). This contributes directly to obesity, insulin resistance, and the development of Type 2 diabetes.
3. Nervous System Disruptions:
The excessive stimulant load often causes severe anxiety, jitters, tremors, irritability, and severe sleep disturbances (insomnia).

4.Kidney & Dental Damage:
