Hello everyone!

Since most of you cannot travel to Koh Samui right now and also keeping fit is not easy during these difficult times, the founder and head trainer of Samui FitKoh gym Tony Olin and myself, Nutritionist Elina Dunford, have created the nutrition/fitness programme that will help you to burn fat, balance your hormones, improve your sleep, manage stress and feel much happier and healthier! 😊

Fear and anxiety about a new disease, lockdowns, economy and what could happen, can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Social distancing can make people feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety.

So, in these difficult times, you really have to learn to cope with stress in a healthy way. It will make you much stronger mentally, emotionally and physically 💪

The programme has been designed for mostly our female clients (but their families can join - no problem! :-) ) and has started on the 6th of November, but you can still register during this weekend.

The programme is run in closed Facebook group where we cook, exercise and do yoga! Please join us for a month of health!!!

Our kids fitness class is starting this Saturday at 11 am 💪

One hour of fitness, parkour and martial arts for the kids, with a comfortable cafe for parents to wait and watch 😁

Free coffee for a parent with each paying child ☕

Suitable for ages 4-10.

Just had an amazing 1 night stay in Kapuhala resort with my son and friends, great super affordable rates at the moment, and really unique experience staying in the tent, never tried that before but will definitely be back.
So quiet, relaxing, comfortable and very green!
