โรค ไส้ติ่งอักเสบ (Appendicitis) คือ ภาวะที่ไส้ติ่งเกิดการอักเสบ มักเกิดขึ้นเฉียบพลัน และต้องได้รับการรักษาอย่างรวดเร็ว เพราะหากปล่อยไว้ ไส้ติ่งอาจแตกและทำให้ติดเชื้อในช่องท้อง ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายถึงชีวิตได้

อาการสำคัญ (Symptoms)
* ✅ ปวดท้อง เริ่มรอบสะดือ แล้วปวดชัดที่ท้องน้อยด้านขวา
* ✅ ปวดมากขึ้นเมื่อเดิน ไอ หรือขยับตัว
* ✅ คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน
* ✅ เบื่ออาหาร
* ✅ มีไข้ต่ำ
* ✅ ท้องอืด หรือท้องผูก/ท้องเสียในบางราย

สาเหตุ (Causes)
* การอุดตันของไส้ติ่งจากก้อนอุจจาระ
* ต่อมน้ำเหลืองบวม
* การติดเชื้อ
* พบได้น้อยจากเนื้องอก

การวินิจฉัย (Diagnosis)
* ซักประวัติและตรวจร่างกาย
* ตรวจเลือด
* ตรวจปัสสาวะ
* อัลตราซาวด์ (Ultrasound)
* เอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (CT Scan) ในบางราย

การรักษา (Treatment)
* ผ่าตัดไส้ติ่ง (Appendectomy) เป็นการรักษามาตรฐาน
* ให้ยาปฏิชีวนะก่อนหรือหลังผ่าตัด
* หากไส้ติ่งแตก อาจต้องรักษาในโรงพยาบาลนานขึ้น

เมื่อไรควรรีบพบแพทย์?
🚨 หากมีอาการปวดท้องน้อยด้านขวารุนแรง ร่วมกับไข้ คลื่นไส้ หรืออาเจียน ควรรีบไปพบแพทย์ทันที อย่ารอจนปวดมาก เพราะเสี่ยงต่อการที่ไส้ติ่งจะแตก

🦠 โรค HPV (Human Papillomavirus)

HPV เป็นไวรัสที่ติดต่อได้ง่ายผ่านการสัมผัสทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ทั้งทางช่องคลอด ทางปาก และทางทวารหนัก โดยผู้ติดเชื้อส่วนใหญ่มักไม่มีอาการ

⚠️ ผลกระทบที่สำคัญ
-หูดหงอนไก่
-มะเร็งปากมดลูก
-มะเร็งทวารหนัก
-มะเร็งช่องปากและลำคอ
-มะเร็งอวัยวะเพศชายและอวัยวะเพศหญิงบางชนิด

🦠 โรคพิษสุนัขบ้า (Rabies)

⚠️ อาการสำคัญ
• มีไข้ อ่อนเพลีย ปวดศีรษะ
• ปวด ชา หรือคันบริเวณแผลที่ถูกกัด
• กระสับกระส่าย วิตกกังวล
• กลัวน้ำ กลัวลม กลืนลำบาก
• น้ำลายไหลมาก กล้ามเนื้อกระตุก
• หากมีอาการแล้ว มักรุนแรงและอาจเสียชีวิตได้

🩺คำแนะนำในการรักษา
✔️ ล้างแผลด้วยน้ำและสบู่ทันทีอย่างน้อย 15 นาที
✔️ ใส่น้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ เช่น โพวิโดน-ไอโอดีน
✔️ รีบพบแพทย์โดยเร็วที่สุด แม้แผลจะเล็กน้อย
✔️ รับวัคซีนป้องกันพิษสุนัขบ้าครบตามกำหนด
✔️ ในรายที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง อาจต้องได้รับอิมมูโนโกลบูลิน (RIG)
