SAMA MAMA / DOULA SAMUI is a community of mums on Samui.
We are here to support each other through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood - with information, yoga, meet-ups and a calm space where every mum feels seen.
Recently one of our mums shared this with us. She is a first-time mum who gave birth far from her family. She joined prenatal yoga classes and received non-medical support at Wattanapat Hospital.
