One of the main reason that brings us back to Pai is a dish created by This woman is born to be chef with her Thai authentic cooking style. We would say everything she puts in her dish reveal her stories which is "So Pure" Not many chef can bring the magic to the healthy dish. We truly believe one day she will change Thai healthy food to the next level.
Now she launch her new product “Chef Table” together with her partner who not really call herself as a chef. What we have not ever revealed is P Pun also a skillful architect behind of many natural designed clay house all over the country. We think this is how she naturally decorates the dish by using her travel experience which we can see her talent and skill through the dish presentation.
