💜คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ ม.อ. จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการรักษาผู้ป่วย TMD ด้วยเทคนิค Dry Needling และ Ultrasound Therapy
✨เมื่อวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 อนุสาขาวิชาอายุรศาสตร์ช่องปาก สังกัดสาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Rehabilitation Management for TMDs: Dry Needling and Ultrasound Therapy for Masticatory Muscles and Related Muscles”
📍ณ ห้องประชุมสาขาวิชาวิทยาการวินิจฉัยโรคช่องปาก และศูนย์รักษาทันตกรรมบดเคี้ยวและความเจ็บปวดช่องปากใบหน้า โรงพยาบาลทันตกรรม คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์
✅การอบรมจัดขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะด้านการฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะความปวดช่องปากใบหน้าและความผิดปกติของข้อต่อขากรรไกร (Temporomandibular Disorders: TMD) โดยมุ่งเน้นการประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิค Dry Needling และ Ultrasound Therapy ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางการรักษาที่ช่วยลดอาการปวด ลดการเกร็งของกล้ามเนื้อ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อบดเคี้ยวและขากรรไกร เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
🦷ภายในโครงการ ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ทันตแพทย์ นักศึกษาหลังปริญญา และผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์ ได้เรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ผ่านการบรรยาย การสาธิตทางคลินิก การฝึกปฏิบัติเทคนิค Dry Needling การใช้ Ultrasound Therapy รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการรักษาผู้ป่วย โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก แพทย์หญิง ฑิมภ์พร วิทูรพงศ์ เป็นวิทยากร
✨การจัดโครงการครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้มีองค์ความรู้และทักษะทางคลินิกที่ทันสมัย พร้อมยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยด้านความปวดช่องปากใบหน้าและความผิดปกติของข้อต่อขากรรไกรให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ
💜Faculty of Dentistry, PSU Organizes Hands-on Workshop to Enhance Clinical Skills in TMD Management through Dry Needling and Ultrasound Therapy
✨On 4 August 2026, the Division of Oral Medicine, under the Department of Oral Diagnostic Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Prince of Songkla University, organized a hands-on workshop entitled “Rehabilitation Management for TMDs: Dry Needling and Ultrasound Therapy for Masticatory Muscles and Related Muscles.” The workshop was held at the Department of Oral Diagnostic Sciences Conference Room and the Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders Clinic, Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Prince of Songkla University.
✨The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and clinical skills in the rehabilitation and management of patients with Temporomandibular Disorders (TMDs) and orofacial pain. The program focused on the application of Dry Needling and Ultrasound Therapy, two evidence-based treatment approaches that help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve the function of the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint. Participants were equipped with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to apply these techniques safely and effectively in clinical practice.
✨The workshop brought together faculty members, postgraduate students, and dental assistants, who participated in both lectures and hands-on training sessions, including clinical demonstrations, Dry Needling techniques, Ultrasound Therapy applications, and professional discussions on patient management. The program was led by **Dr. Thimporn Witoonphong, who shared her expertise and clinical experience throughout the training.
