Some lands call us; others claim us through lineage and spirit. I chose Koh Phangan as my base for a reason.

SHAMANIC CACAO BREATHWORK 🪶🪈
Once a month, we open a portal to a space beyond words. A sacred sanctuary where nothing needs to be fixed, understood, or controlled, a place to surrender entirely to the raw, pure expression of simply being.

This powerful journey is a co-creation between and myself, bringing our paths together as one unified experience.

As an indigenous medicine woman of this sacred land, I will open the space with a ceremonial Cacao ceremony and immersive sound journey, weaving the medicine of Peruvian Cacao, the Shamanic Flute, and the Shamanic Drum to awaken the heart, soothe the spirit, and anchor your field.

In complete synergy with this sound and medicine work, Bastian will guide you through deep, transformational breathwork. Together, we blend sound, breath, and ancestral grounding to support and hold you through every layer of the session.

Give yourself permission to lay down the weight, feel your body fully, and allow the breath and instruments to lead you back home to yourself.

Releasing the Hurt, Restoring the Heart.
There is a distinct difference between carrying an old injury and allowing the space around it to heal. When we experience heartache, disappointment, or betrayal, the heart naturally contracts. We breathe a little shallower, hold extra tension across the chest, and store heavy, stagnant residue that slowly turns into armor.
While that armor might protect us in a moment of crisis, keeping it on limits our capacity to feel light, clear, and fully present.

I just ended a few friendships lately, and it really made me look at how I protect my energy.

I’m the type of person who goes all in when I connect with someone. I give 100% of my trust, my love, and my effort right from the start. But how someone chooses to treat that? That is entirely their responsibility.

People always promise they’re going to change, but if their actions don’t match their words, what’s the point? If I really care about you, I’ll give a second chance. We’re human, we mess up. But if you blow it twice? For me, that is the end of the story.

Walking away isn’t about being angry, it’s just realizing your peace is too valuable to waste on people who don’t respect it.
