NAMASTE FAMILY ✨🪇✨

It’s been such a blessing and JOY to host and facilitate the magic that’s unfolded around Namaste Family’s arrival on the island, from Ibiza.

So many soul connections forged and remembered.

Serendipity, ALL the dancing and pure authentic expression FROM THE HEART.

One of the many gifts I will take away from this experience is this expansive reframe, from the opening ceremony of our first event, earlier this month:

Be here now, is one dimension ~ but the ethos of Namaste Family, which instantly elevated my presence and spread like a warm loving glow throughout my entire body, is this:

✨ BE EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME ✨

Superabundance, celebrating the gift of life, sharing our powers, and co-creating vibrational healing on and off the dance floor

Blessing each act with intentionality, and taking the dance with us, spreading the light ☀️

It feels expansive and elevating to be dancing, surrounded by real ones, CELEBRATING and BREATHING and fully present in my body, in my life, in my choices

SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND

Since childhood I’ve been steadfastly contrarian, full of curiosity about the nature of reality

constantly questioning rules and the status quo, intent on fiercely expressing my independence.

Yet still seeking answers and reflections from my outside world.

Now, my curiosity is mostly directed within:

questioning my beliefs, motives, intentions, values, conduct and inner speech.

Seeking the clarity and peace that come with accepting ALL that I perceive as reflections and extensions of myself.

A wonderful feeling of connection:

playing and communicating with beautiful creatures, merging with sunsets, and surrendering into the suchness.

Life lived slowly and intentionally:

on MY terms ~ not in a selfish way, but powerfully, like Shiva 🔱

A wonderful side-effect of this enjoyment has meant lots of time away from social media, and my phone generally

and oh what a blessing that’s been. It’s felt deeply necessary for my nervous system.

I’ve been self inquiring and journalling a lot lately around this concept of “algorithm life”, the dopamine rollercoaster of attention and external validation.

Feeling into how I can show up as my MOST real, honest, and authentic self … because otherwise, what’s the point?

I’m not here to feed my ego.

I’d immediately lose attraction for posting and sharing if I had to mask and pretend, especially as a neurodivergent girlie 😋

It’d be exhausting, and would only serve to bolster false beliefs of survival and scarcity … and that’s my old story.

I’m currently writing my first book, my NEW STORY, and it’s going to be contrarian, this I know for sure 🤣

Aiming for a January release, so I’ll be returning with a bunch of new content, and you’ll be seeing much more of me

very SOON ✨

This book is basically writing itself, pouring out from my heart and onto the pages ✍️

When I feel overwhelmed, drained and exhausted by seeing others harm themselves, and I’m humbled by the reminder that it’s not my place to awaken anyone other than myself

When I meet discarded parts of me that I’m repelled and repulsed by, and shame surfaces

I cannot change what my outside world says, does and believes

But I have ULTIMATE POWER over my choices:

how I interpret the events of my outer world, and the meaning I attach to them

My conscious presence is the filter through which I choose to view my world, and

I choose PEACE, perfection, and non-violence
