One week ago we launched our Wellness and Weight Loss Wednesdays in Durbanville 💫 Lize was the first person to walk through our doors and as a tired mama seeking change she jumped right into one of our challenges. Today we did her 1 week body scan to check her results and not only is she almost 1 kg down in the past week but she’s dropped 4 YEARS off her metabolic age!😍 This means her metabolism is speeding up 🔥 so excited for you my friend! And soooo proud 👏🏻
