EM workshop 2012 Hong Kong team visiting Bangkok. Green Collar - Sandy and Jack together with Alex and San San from Hong Kong went to Thailand and learned about EM technology. The international workshop was held by International Nature Farming Research Center, Japan, Asia Pacific Natural Agriculture Network, Bangkok, we exchanged ideas with Asian organic farmers and members from Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Laos, Malaysia, Germany, New Zealand and more on the following topics:
- Bokashi and food waste recycling
- Organic Paddy Rice
- Organic Fish
- Organic Vegetables and Fruits
- Organic pigs and chickens
- Organic Mushrooms
- Waste and water management
