Iha sesaun loraik, tema principal mak Hipertensaun (HTA), ne’ebé fasilita husi Iza, Licia no Jo. Formador sira fó informasaun kona-ba definisaun hipertensaun, faktór risku, sintoma, komplikasaun no medida prevensaun sira atu mantein presáun raan iha nivel normal.

Atividade ida ne’e ajuda estudante sira atu komprende importánsia husi estilo moris saudável, hanesan hahaan equilibradu, atividade física regular, evita tabaku no alkohól, no halo kontrolu saúde regular atu prevene hipertensaun no moras la-daet sira seluk.

Under the Youth-Led Community and School-Based Health Promotion Activities project, the Habelar Matenek ba Moris Saudável (HAMMOS) Association continued conducting health education activities at Colegio São José Operário School.

During the afternoon session, the main topic was Hypertension (HTN), facilitated by Iza, Licia, and Jo. The facilitators provided information about hypertension, risk factors, symptoms, complications, and preventive measures to maintain healthy blood pressure levels.

This activity helped students understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, avoiding to***co and alcohol, and routine health check-ups to prevent hypertension and other non-communicable diseases.

HAMMOS remains committed to promoting health education and empowering youth to become a healthy and responsible generation.

This project is supported by Plan International Timor-Leste.

O Presidente do Conselho Fiscal da HAMMOS assinou oficialmente o acordo para a implementação do projeto “Saúde Mais Perto da Comunidade”, financiado pelo Camões, I.P. e apresentado pela Embaixada de Portugal em Timor-Leste através do Centro Cultural Português.

O projeto será implementado no Posto Administrativo de Natarbora, Município de Manatuto, com o objetivo de aproximar os serviços de saúde das comunidades, promover a educação para a saúde e reforçar o conhecimento da população sobre a prevenção de doenças e a promoção da saúde.

A HAMMOS agradece ao Camões, I.P., à Embaixada de Portugal e ao Centro Cultural Português pela confiança e apoio concedidos.
