Start of my journey again. Ready to go home. Surgery went well, recovering good and not gonna lie, Turkey is absolutely stunning I would come again. Thank you Istanbul and my surgeons and his team for looking after me. Still a bit sore but it’s to be expected and it’s normal. Looking forward got the next great months to see how far I’ve come. Living my life, living my dream, , new me, healthier choices 👌🏽🫶🏽

Hi everyone! Been a minute since I’ve posted on here. Have had some health issues which I’m glad to say is getting sorted. Will be back at it again in a few weeks time. I’ll be lifting weights again and hopefully I’ll be able to find time to squeeze in a few gym sessions amongst my hectic work days. It’s not going to be easy getting back into the thick of things but I can only give it my all. Have a great day and keep on pushing on 🫶🏽
