I wonder!!!!!!

I wonder what would happen to our health if this was the standard serving size for soft drinks? 🤔

Imagine if every soft drink was sold in a small 200 ml bottle instead of the much larger sizes we see today.

Would we drink less sugar?
Would obesity and diabetes rates fall?
Would we simply buy two or three bottles instead?

Sometimes it's not just what we eat or drink, it's how much is considered a "normal" serving.

What do you think? If soft drinks were only available in this size, would it make a difference to your health or your drinking habits?

Would you still buy a 20 oz size for your six or seven year old child?

If smoking w**d alone can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and heart problems significantly… imagine what happens when you combine it with:

• Heavy alcohol consumption
• Obesity
• Lack of physical activity
• Poor sleep
• Highly processed foods
