PJ KABOS, Award winning, true, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Greece The source of this oil is the ‘Koroneiki’ variety of olive.

PJ KABOS is a privately-owned label exclusively producing, award winning, Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The groves are located on the western side of the Peloponnese, not far from the site of Ancient Olympia. PJ KABOS has been voted recently as 'ONE OF THE WORLD'S BEST OLIVE OILS'.

A little behind the scenes!

At PJ KABOS, we harvest our olives early, while they're still green and packed with naturally occurring polyphenols.

It's a careful process and timing is everything. From selecting the right moment to harvest, to getting our olives to the mill as quickly as possible, every step matters.

Exceptional extra virgin olive oil doesn't happen by accident… it starts right here, among the olive trees.

Our 2026/2027 harvest EVOOs are on their way! We anticipate our Family Reserve Organic Phenolic Shot becoming available in December 2026, followed by Family Reserve Organic Robust in January 2027 and Family Reserve Organic Medium in February 2027. Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be subject to change.

Harvest season has begun in Greece and for us it's so much more than simply picking olives. It's a tradition rooted in ancient Greek history, passed down through generations; something that has been a part of our own family's story for decades.

Every year, we return to the olive groves, where it all begins… and every year, it feels just as special.

Our Family Reserve Organic Robust is now also available in a new 3L Bag-in-Box.

Inside you’ll find the same high-phenolic, organic extra virgin olive oil, now in a larger, more economical format designed to help protect the EVOO inside.

As the EVOO is dispensed through the built-in tap, the food-safe inner bag contracts around the oil that remains, greatly reducing its exposure to air.
