Laps & Lattes is a team relay where four friends/ family members come together to, run, cheer, laugh, drink coffee, and hopefully don’t drop the baton.

Sunday 21st June (Father’s Day)
Race Start: 6:30 AM
📍 Full Bloom Coffee Roasters
$500 per team

Teams of 4
Minimum 1 female per team (except for the Dad’s Squad)

The best part? You don’t need to be fast.

We’ve got prize categories for speedy teams, average teams, young teams, vintage teams, family teams, and teams that are just here for a good time.

And every participant receives a Schmedal.

Laps & Lattes

Sunday 21st June | Father’s Day
⏰ Race Start: 6:30AM
📍 Start/Finish + Race Village: Full Bloom Coffee Roasters, Sweet Briar Road

This isn’t your typical race it’s a relay, it’s teamwork and it’s a whole lot of fun.

How it works:

* Teams of 4 runners
* Must have at least 1 female per team
(Exception: Dads category)
* Each runner completes 2 laps of the 1 mileish course
* Handoff after your laps → next teammate goes

Team Categories – First in Class

* Scrambled Legs – Fastest mixed team
* Dad Squad – Fastest all-dad team
* Oestrogen Crew – Fastest all-female team
* Can’t Drive Yet – Fastest U18 team
* 200+ – Fastest team with a combined age of 200+
* Fam Jam – Fastest family team (grands, parents, aunts, uncles, kids, etc.)

Fun Prizes – We Came for the Coffee

* The OG Runners – Oldest team to compete
* Average at its Best – Closest to the middle of the pack
* Most Caffeinated Crew – Best team energy / vibes
* Fit Kit – Best team uniform or costume
* We Showed Up – The team that came, tried… and survived 😅

2025 recap.
This year was built on commitment, showing up even when it was hard, even when motivation dipped, even when life was busy.
No shortcuts, just consistency.
It was also about community. A solid crew that trains together, pushes when needed, waits when needed, and makes the work feel lighter just by being there.
The kind of people you actually look forward to sweating and complaining with.
