Big moves are happening on the waters! T&T has officially stepped up to supply a dedicated cargo vessel, helping lower freight rates and cushion the cost of living for our CARICOM sister nations.

βProof-of-Concept Cargo Ferry: T&T is providing an interim vessel to jumpstart regional logistics.
βBridge to CariCargo Inc.: A private sector consortium between Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Barbados will procure a permanent ship within the year.
βStreamlined Cross-Border Trade: CARICOM treaty updates will allow mutual recognition of licenses, vehicle insurance, and simplified RORO port access.
