散步步吧是什麼?! 是媽咪一起簡單中醫育兒、照顧健康的好所在 =)

我是萱媽，雖然念的是食品營養，但因為非常喜歡中醫醫學，加上有了孩子後，發現中醫對孩子健康的幫助，所以幾乎天天在尋找中醫的資訊，希望能輕鬆解決孩子的健康問題!!

在研究了好幾年的時間，希望可以藉由"散步步吧"，看能不能用簡單好理解的方式，把中醫育兒的秘訣，跟大家分享 :D 所以，媽媽們，如果妳也跟我一樣，希望寶貝孩子：
● 晚上可以好好睡覺；
● 不容易感冒生病；
● 不想天天接觸西藥或類固醇；
