1. 本中心於79年12月15日核准設立，翌年開始興建安養大樓。
2. 85年5月大樓及周邊設備全部落成，同年7月開始營運。 隨著人口結構的改變、高齡化社會來臨，老人福利越顯重要，廣成社會福利慈善事業基金會為回饋社會，設立本中心。期藉由妥善照顧及休閒、文康、保健等活動，提供老人安養環境，以享受寧靜舒適的頤養生活。
