[ENG.BELOW] Ми оголошуємо масштабний збір на три критичні потреби: коштовні розхідники для діалізу - це коли у наших поранених відмовляють нирки, а також розхідники до двох інших критично важливих процедур: апарату штучного кровообігу - це для операцій на серці при пораненнях, та екстракорпоральної мембранної оксигенації - це коли відмовляють легені.
Загальна сума збору - 10 мільйонів гривень. Але ми не маємо іншого вибору: наші пацієнти не можуть чекати, без цих розхідників поранених не врятувати.
«Більшість людей вважають, що діаліз - це виключно при хворобі нирок, але це не так. Діаліз потрібен при важких пораненнях і особливо - при турнікетних або компартмент-синдромах, тому що у пацієнтів фактично зупиняється робота ниркової системи. І для того, щоб пораненого стабілізувати і, відповідно, врятувати його життя, навіть якщо не вдається врятувати кінцівку, йому потрібний спочатку гострий діаліз і потім - хронічний. Без нього він 100% загине. І наш збір - не на самі апарати діалізу, бо вони у нас є і вони працюють, а на розхідники - вони дуже дорогі, ця потреба у нас складає близько 7 млн. на рік», пояснює заступник начальника Військово-медичного клінічного центру Північного регіону з медичної частини Вячеслав Курінний.

«Але як ви розумієте, зараз благодійників стає все менше і ми просимо кожного і кожну долучитися до цього збору. Решта суми - це розхідники для апарату штучного кровообігу. У нас цей апарат є, але немає розхідних матеріалів, які також дуже дороговартісні. При пораненнях серця, для того, щоби відкрити серце і достати уламок, потрібен апарат штучного кровообігу. Іноді ці осколки потрапляють в серце током крові при пораненнях грудної клітини і черевної порожнини. І це не рідка історія, на жаль. І третя потреба - розхідники на ЕКМО. Це екстракорпоральна мембранна оксигенація, коли внаслідок важкого поранення у пацієнта не працює легенева система. І фактично цей апарат замінює йому легені. Без нього поранений загине. Усі три потреби - критично важливі, ми будемо вдячні за будь-який донат від 5 грн до 10 млн», каже начмед шпиталю Вячеслав Курінний.

We are announcing a huge fundraiser for three critical needs: expensive dialysis supplies - this is when our wounded have kidney failure, as well as supplies for two other critically important procedures: a cardiopulmonary bypass machine - this is for heart surgery in case of injuries, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation - this is when the lungs fail.
The total amount we are striving to reach is 10 million hryvnias. We have no other choice: our patients cannot wait, without these supplies the wounded cannot be saved.
“Most people believe that dialysis is only for kidney disease or chronic kidney disorders, but that is not completely true. Dialysis is needed for severe trauma injuries and especially for tourniquet or compartment syndromes, because the renal system in patients with such syndrome just cannot work effectively and/or actually fails. And in order to stabilize the wounded and, accordingly, save his life, even if it is not possible to save the limb, at first acute dialysis should be done and then chronic. Without it, he will 100% die. And so we are fundraising donations not for the dialysis machines, because we have them and they work, but for consumables - they are very expensive, our need is about 7 million hryvnias per year,” explains the deputy head of the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region from the medical unit Viacheslav Kurinnyi.
In the following publications, we will tell you in detail and even show you all of these three medical processes that require your participation. Previously, for example, donors provided us with dialysis consumables. We are ready to accept such help from foundations or organizations in the form of consumables this time as well.
“But lately, there are fewer and fewer donors. Thus we ask everyone to join this fundraising. The remaining amount of funds is needed to get consumables for the cardiopulmonary bypass. We have this machine, but there are no consumables, which are also very expensive. In case of heart injuries, in order to open the heart and get the fragment in controlled setting, an artificial blood circulation machine is needed. Sometimes these fragments enter the heart through the bloodstream when the chest and abdominal cavity are injured. And this is not an uncommon story, unfortunately. And the third need why we start this fundraiser is to be able to buy consumables for ECMO. This is extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, when the patient's pulmonary system does not work due to a serious injury. And in fact, this device replaces his lungs. Without it, the wounded person will die. All three needs are critically important, we will be grateful for any donation small or big, from 5 hryvnias to 10 million hryvnias UAH,” says the chief medical officer of the hospital, Viacheslav Kurinnyi.
