At Aranchii Acoustics and , we value scientific approach and evidence-based design. Yet, not everything that is exceptionally scientific always resonates with people.
Here’s one of the favorite graphs of our chief engineer (below in comments), Oleksandr Aranchii. Below is his quote:
“Humans quickly adapt, and the brain compensates for and ‘fills in’ imperfections. Considering that every individual perceives sound uniquely, here’s a graph of hearing sensitivity for 20 randomly selected individuals, published by Bell Labs nearly 100 years ago.”
Can you imagine how subjective sound experience can be?
And yet, we strive to perfect the accuracy of our acoustic systems, no matter how elusive that ideal may seem.
