🌟 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗫𝗫𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗿

We are proud to share the journey of 𝗔𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮, a midwifery trainee brought from Teboke Mission Centre III for hands-on experience.

During her placement, Akello rotated through the 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, gaining skills in:
• Managing high-risk mothers
• Conducting deliveries
• Newborn care and resuscitation
• Team-based obstetric emergency management

Her experience reflects the hospital’s commitment to 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.

🔎 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 – Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Audit, professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIA/CISA), and 3+ years’ audit experience (healthcare preferred). Strong analysis, reporting, and compliance skills required.

🚗 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 – UCE certificate, valid driving permit (Class B/DL/CM preferred), 3–5 years’ clean driving experience, and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
