The amount of people walking around with nervous systems on fire. If you're not being bombarded with the stress of work, you're sitting in silence waiting for the next shoe to drop.

Your nervous system is asking you to come home. Listen! When it is dysregulated, you can experience things like depression, agitation, anxiety, or even numbness. You can also experience low immunity, constipation, stiff joints, frequent headaches, fatigue, or sleep disruptions.
