Some days damn near feel impossible to get through but “false motivation is better than none.” Lol we used to say that in the marine corps when going out on operations. Bad weather, feeling cold ect so we’d say something like “it’s a great day isn’t it??” Lol kept us going till the next day. One day at a time friends!

Most important thing is nutrition. So put into your body what’s going to benefit you in a positive way.
