YOU DON’T HAVE TO FEEL THAT WAY ANYMORE!
My trauma started early. Growing up as an inner-city kid, violence, drugs, poverty, and racism surrounded life in our environment. Compound that with the many trauma experiences I’d face in twenty years of military service, and I’d have a very unhealthy and broken version of myself.
In attempts to cope, the alcohol increased, and the reckless behaviors grew more, causing adverse ripple effects in almost every part of my life.
Time is our most valuable resource, and I was spending mine destroying my life because of a misunderstanding. That would be my life until I stumbled upon the solution. I would experience a complete transformation to an Inside/Out Understanding of life that turned out to be my key to happiness and gave me the strength to reclaim my life.
I’d noticed an increased sense of security and safety. I was also aware of less anxiety and tension in my body.
Resulting In…
* better personal and professional relationships,
* reaching more goals

“Your Story Is Proof That You’re Resilient!”
Enjoy a reminder of how powerful you are in this conversation with friend and colleague, Lisa as we talk about spiritual, mental and physical health in a whole new way.
I love to remind listeners of the most important things you NEED to remember about your story.
Since past events can NOT be changed, it has to be through the stories that we raise conscience levels and deepen our awareness which tends to be the main highway to change.
REMEMBER:
Your story can have pain but doesn't have to hurt you.
Your story can create a life of suffering but only if you let it.
Your story can have trauma but you don't have to be traumatized.
Your story can be continuously used by you to harm you but you can stop doing it right now.
Your story can have joy but you will only see the pain if that's where you look.
Your story can have pain but you will only see through and find joy.
REMEMBER there are several options for your life’s story than the one that holds you back or beats you down.
