We're excited to announce that Aiken Pet Wellness, formerly PWAS Health Wellness, is continuing the legacy of Nutritional Response Testing for pets in our community! Jason, who worked alongside Dr. Charlie Timmerman for over 15 years, and Anna are dedicated to his belief that overall wellness can be achieved through nutrition.

We'll continue to help dogs, cats, and horses. We're now operating alongside Dr. Eva Bogner of Aiken Pet Fitness and Rehabilitation. You can find us at the same location: 307 Willow Run Road, Aiken, SC 29801. Office hours will remain 9am to 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our office phone number remains 803-507-6539, and you can now reach us via email at [email protected].

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or to schedule an appointment for your pet to start or continue their journey with Nutritional Response Testing. We look forward to hearing from you!

What is Nutrition Response Testing®?
Nutrition Response Testing is a method of energy or “muscle” testing that allows your pet’s body and its energy field to communicate with us. This communication helps us to determine what foods or supplements will help them heal and thrive.

How does Nutrition Response Testing® work?
Nutrition Response Testing works by gently and indirectly testing your pet’s energy field and organ reflexes. Reflexes are the body’s way of communicating to us the health of the nervous system, which is quite specific in how it conducts information to every organ in the body. The nervous system lets us know which organs are stressed and how to prioritize care.

This method can also reveal stressors on the body. Some stressors include foods, scars, pathogens (bacterial, yeast, fungus, viruses, parasites), chemicals, heavy metals, radiation, electromagnetic fields (EMFs), and emotions.

What happens next?
The information obtained allows us to determine if an NRT-designed clinical nutrition program is the right fit for your pet. If it is, we can start to formulate a specific nutritional program for them. Once your pet’s nutritional program has been started, we will monitor their progress with regular visits and adjust their program as needed to optimize their healing process.
