Reiki sessions are facilitated via Telehealth and benefit the whole body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is an intelligent energy, meaning it flows where it is most needed to assist with overall healing. Reiki soothes babies into a gentle and calming relaxing state, promoting deep and restful sleep.

Hello friends and family. We are currently booking for the month of October and November Infant Massage Course Virtual Serries. Learn how to help your baby relax and sleep and enhance your communication and confidence with your baby. Massage can also help relieve colic and gas. Develop new ways to talk and listen to your baby. This course teaches you a lifetime of knowledge towards the infant massage approach to health and wellness.

This course includes:
- Personalized course instructional materials (emailed)
- 5 class meet-ups online with other families in group course
-15 minute question and answer with course instructor after each session. (Learning time is 45 minutes; QA 15 minutes = 60 minutes sessions)
