💙 A Great Day at The Arc! 🚁🚔⚡

We enjoyed spending time at The Arc in Albany, alongside some of our local public safety partners, linemen, and other community helpers!

The Arc does incredible work advocating for individuals with disabilities and supporting their families and caregivers, and we were grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a special day.

We always enjoy getting out into the community, sharing a little about what we do, and connecting with the people we serve. Thank you to The Arc for having us! We had a great time! 💙

🚁 Who could benefit from an AirEvac Lifeteam membership?

The short answer? Almost anyone. Emergencies don’t exactly check your calendar first. 📅

A membership may be especially worth considering for:

👶 Medically fragile children or family members with ongoing medical needs

🚗 New or teenage drivers gaining independence on the road

👵 Aging parents & grandparents, especially those living in rural areas

🏡 Families who live, work or play in rural areas where advanced care may be farther away

🦌 Hunters, farmers & outdoor enthusiasts who spend time away from town

🚙 Frequent travelers and families who are always on the road

🏕️ Campers, boaters & RV travelers

🏍️ Motorcycle & ATV riders

❤️ You don’t have to be sick to plan ahead.

Want to know what membership option might fit you or your family? I’m happy to explain the options and answer any questions! Less than $100 a year for your entire household.

😂🚁 NEW PILOT ALERT! 🚁😂

Everybody meet our newest pilot, Axel Willis! He showed up in his flight suit, completed a thorough aircraft inspection, checked out the cockpit, and appears ready to get to work. 😂

Aviation must run in the family! Axel is the son of GA Clinical Educator Adam Willis, who spent more than 10 years with AirEvac 86. Apparently all those years around helicopters rubbed off on the next generation. ❤️🚁

Only problem we’ve found so far… he can’t quite reach the pedals. 😂

Welcome aboard, Pilot Axel! We think you’ve got a few years of training ahead of you, but you sure look the part! 🇺🇸🚁

Wings Earned. Requirements Complete. Let’s Fly! 🚁

Flight Paramedic Blake Owens officially earned his 5️⃣ 0️⃣ Flight Wings and has completed all of his requirements! A big thank you to his preceptor, Brandon Roberts, for helping guide him along the way. Program Manager Chase Lott had the honor of presenting Blake with his wings.

We asked Blake his favorite place to fly, and his answer was simple: “The air.” 😂 He doesn’t care where we’re headed as he’s just ready to get after it!

And in case anyone was wondering… his favorite team is still the Florida Gators. 🐊 We can’t win them all. 😉

Congratulations, Blake! We’re excited to watch you keep adding to that flight count! 🚁💪

🇺🇸 We climb because they climbed. We remember because we will never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, Matt Hulen and Cody Bruer represented AirEvac 86 as they participated in a Memorial Stair Climb, honoring the first responders who climbed toward danger on September 11, 2001.

Each step is a reminder of the bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering courage shown by so many.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with all those who lost loved ones and everyone whose life was forever changed that day. 🇺🇸 Never Forget.

When you take your role as Base 86’s unofficial safety inspector very seriously… 👀🐾🚁

Bailey watched closely as the crew completed their safety checks, then supervised lift-off as they headed out for a patient transfer.

Clear skies & safe travels from your favorite four-legged crew member! ❤️

Bailey stopped by Phoebe Sumter today to check on his friends! 🐾🤎 His official duties included boosting morale, accepting unlimited belly rubs, and making sure everyone got their daily dose of puppy love. Tough job, but somebody has to do it! 😂

A big thank you to Webster County for sharing this awesome video of our crew responding to a recent scene flight.
Calls like these are a great reminder that patient care is truly a team effort - from dispatch and first responders on the ground to our flight crew in the air.
We’re thankful for the teamwork, communication, and partnership of our local agencies that help us get patients where they need to be when minutes matter.
One team. One mission. Working together for our communities. 🚁🤝
