🚨CBCT Regulation Update: NYSDOH has clarified that the new dental CBCT accreditation requirements do not apply in New York City.

The requirements apply to counties outside of New York City. NYC remains governed by Article 175 of the NYC Health Code, which does not currently include a CBCT accreditation requirement.

Delta Dental plans to make EFT its standard payment method beginning Jan. 1, 2027, with a fee for providers who continue receiving paper checks. Thanks to NYSDA's VCC law, contracted providers in New York must be offered at least one fee-free payment option.

A template letter is available for providers who wish to oppose this policy.
