The Healing Den The Healing Den 🌿
A cozy space for relaxation, connection, and healing. Offering Reiki, Access Bars, crystals & more. What is Reiki? What are Access Bars?

Created in loving memory of Toni and her Reiki Rocks shop—continuing her spirit of kindness, healing & community. Welcome to The Healing Den 🌿
The Healing Den is a cozy, welcoming space for relaxation, connection, and personal healing. We offer Reiki, Access Bars, crystals, and other supportive tools to help you restore balance and well-being. This space was created in loving memory of Toni and her Reiki Rocks shop, and it is our way of continuing her spirit of kindness, healing, and community. Owner Jess LaClair is a Reiki Master and certified Access Bars practitioner. While I work full time and regular walk-in hours are limited, appointments can be scheduled to accommodate your needs. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) energy healing technique that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Access Bars is a relaxing session where 32 points on the head are lightly touched to help release stress, quiet the mind, and let go of thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may no longer serve you. My vision for The Healing Den is to create a peaceful place where like-minded people can gather, share, and experience different healing modalities together. Please follow the page to stay updated on upcoming hours, events, and gatherings. Message the page to learn more or to schedule an appointment.

As we welcome fall and nestle into shorter days, I wanted to give options for daytime readings for those who do not like to drive in the dark and those who do not want to drive quite so far from Albany.

I'll be at the Healing Den in Albany once a month, for the rest of the year. Come see the fabulous Jessica LaClair and shop her goodies and hang with me and your ancestors. I'll also have fresh honey, soaps, teas, herbs, and eggs for purchase and pick up!

Message me or text me for a spot. If all goes well tomorrow, I hope to build it into the website as well.

You can reserve multiple spaces if you'd like longer. Before each event I'll post if there are spaces open for drop ins.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all!
