I’m so happy because I made a juice that helped ease my congestion from all the pollen in the air! 🌿🍐

Sleep has been a challenge lately with allergies flaring up at night, but it reminded me that, for many everyday wellness concerns, there’s often a natural blend that can help support the body. So I combined pears, ginger, and a few other nourishing ingredients, and I was grateful to enjoy a cough-free night and wake up feeling much better. 🙌🏽

If seasonal allergies, congestion, or sinus discomfort have been bothering you, this blend may be a great addition to your wellness routine. If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out so we can chat about bundles and find what works best for your needs. 🥤✨

Proud to share the A’s I earned this semester 💚This season has stretched me in so many ways balancing school, business, motherhood, and life, but God has truly been carrying me through it all. I’m grateful not only for the grades, but for the growth and knowledge of how to run a successful business. Every step is teaching me how to build with purpose. Looking forward to focusing on growth this summer 🙏🏼

Feeling a little under the weather tonight, so I’m leaning into one of my favorite roots—ginger 🌿

Ginger has been used for generations to support the body during colds by warming from the inside out, soothing the throat, and helping with congestion and inflammation.

This is why Blissful Health exists—to remind us that God placed nourishment and care right in the earth, and stewardship of our bodies can be gentle and intentional.

What’s something you naturally reach for when you’re feeling under the weather?

Love this !

Lately, God has been gently checking me—not with condemnation, but with love—about how I care for myself.
Not in a “do more, be better” way… but in a “slow down, be consistent, and be faithful with what I’ve given you” way 🤍

I’ve realized I don’t need another extreme reset. I need grace, structure, and obedience in the small things.
So tomorrow (February 1st), I’m starting a 75 Soft Blissful Health Challenge—no perfection, no guilt, just intentional daily choices and accountability.

If this resonates and you feel led to walk it out with me, message me and I’ll send you Week One 🌿

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

January doesn’t always go the way we plan.

Some days are strong. Some are quiet. And some are just about showing up anyway.

At Blissful Health, we’re choosing grace over guilt and consistency over perfection.

If this month didn’t look how you hoped, let this be your reminder:
it’s not too late to keep going. 🤍
