As our newest Client Care Administrative Assistant joining the Admin Team, Vanessa is often one of the first friendly faces and voices you'll connect with when reaching out to our practice. She is passionate about helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction.

Before joining Rise Above Therapy, Vanessa spent several years in the bridal industry, guiding brides through one of the most exciting—and often stressful—times in their lives. Through that experience, she developed a strong foundation in empathy, organization, communication, and personalized support—skills she now brings to every client she serves.

Vanessa assists with client intake, scheduling, insurance coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for both clients and clinicians. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful addition to our team.
