Hi, I've had multiple patients recently interested in getting new air fryers.

Almost all of them have aluminum or nonstick parts coming in contact with the food.

There is one brand that I have been happy with and several of my family members have been using them for multiple years.

It is the Ninja eight in one air fryer. The racks are made from stainless steel or enamel over steel and the food cooked in them have never tested as aluminum toxic.

One feature that works great if you don't have a lot of room in your kitchen is that once it has cooled off it flips up and out of the way so it takes less counter space.

Mine is probably about 4 years old but when I looked yesterday online with one of my patients there are several that are similar from the same company.

It's better to not delay coming in to see me.

I recently started working with a patient who saw several other practitioners before coming to see me.

I woke up this morning with the following email message in my inbox:

"Hi Susan
I wanted to let you know how great I've felt since my treatment.
I slept very well.
My lung has had significantly less of the sensations.
Last night we noticed that my right foot was less puffy.
I'm feeling optimistic about my health!!
Thank you for your amazing care!!"

This was after her very first treatment. Imagine the possibilities for improved health!

If you have followed me for any length of time, you know that I am adamant about not using aluminum cookware.

One thing I have not mentioned—at least not in a long time—is dinnerware.

Over the years, whenever I have tested dinnerware (plates, bowls, etc.), I consistently find that many products originating from China test toxic and often contain heavy metals.

It does not seem to matter whether the dishes are inexpensive sets from Amazon or Publix, or more expensive ones from stores like Sur La Table or Williams Sonoma.

Even some higher-end brands—such as Le Creuset dinnerware—may originate in China, and those pieces have also tested toxic.
However, when I find products that are manufactured in Portugal, they have generally test well, although they can unfortunately be difficult to find.

Another option that has consistently tested well is glass dinnerware. Plain glass tends to be one of the safest choices because heavy metals are most often found in ceramic glazes or decorative paints on dishes.

One example is Corelle. Their plates are made from tempered glass (Vitrelle), which is lightweight, durable, and designed to resist chips and cracks.

Corelle products—especially the plain white versions made after 2005—are widely considered to be lead- and cadmium-free and meet current safety standards.

These are easy to find at Target, Wal-Mart, or online through Amazon. They are lightweight, durable, and a simple option for those looking to reduce potential exposure to heavy metals in their kitchen.

I’m looking for an In-Office Assistant for my holistic practice. This position blends administrative support, communication, and organizational tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and initiative.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works quickly and efficiently, can complete cycles of action independently, and has a friendly, professional attitude to work with patients.

You will be working in your own office and servicing patients and Dr. Player as needed.

• Methods of study and business formulas

• Answering phones and handling incoming emails and text messages (with good grammar)
• Preparing the treatment room, including weekly light cleaning
• Checking patients out after treatments or supplement purchases
• Ordering supplements and maintaining inventory
• Keeping patient charts accurate and accessible
• Assisting with Facebook posts and the monthly newsletter on Constant Contact

• $18/hour during brief training period
