Every nurse’s journey is different. I’ve worked in CVICU, Recovery Room, Dermatology, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics. I’m so thankful for all of the places I’ve worked and all of the people I’ve worked with. My newest journey as a nurse is in Aesthetics. It’s fun but it’s also still medicine and has to be delivered as such. I have taken multiple classes with hands on training, done a mentorship with a leading expert in the industry (Sonya Ellis in Southlake) and I continue to seek out educational opportunities.
