In this Reiki Level 1 course, you’ll discover:

🌲🌅 Why it’s called Sea Pines...
When we were looking for the perfect sanctuary for our November retreat, we knew we needed a place that felt deeply grounded, quiet, and pure. That’s how we decided upon Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island.

Did you know this community was intentionally designed from the very beginning to honor the land? Instead of clearing the coast for massive high-rises, everything was built to bow down to the ancient live oaks and towering pine trees that sit right against the water.

Because of this deep commitment to conservation, the energy of this land is completely intact.

It’s a place where nature acts as our co-facilitator. From morning beach walks to our sunset beach sound bath, this pristine environment is holding space for us to slow down, breathe, and completely reset our nervous systems.

I’m so excited to finally share that Sea & Soul is coming this November to the beautiful shores of Hilton Head Island.
