A lot of people think that fat loss required a flawless, strict diet.

People buy all the trendy health foods, try to follow a dozen different rules, and eventually burn out because it just isn’t sustainable for real life.

What you have to realize is that nutrition doesn’t have to be extreme to be good, simple and healthy.

Really, the key is being consistent enough that your body actually has a chance to respond.

Most of the women I work with are overcomplicating things with rules they hate. When we strip away the common beliefs, we focus on just four repeatable habits:

•Protein at every meal to stay full and protect muscle.

They fail because they try to do their transformations and their habit changes alone, and usually there’s not much structure that goes into it because it’s unknown territory. So they just start something.

But transforming your body and your health isn’t accomplished with random workouts and “eating better when you can.”

Even spontaneous people who prefer to live in some sort of chaos (Ehem, me) need a system, in fact, we’re the ones that need it most lol.
