We all want to know the quickest way to lose weight, right?
I’ve been a nurse for 4 1/2 years and a personal trainer for 12 years. I know a thing or two about this, and the things I’ve found to help lose weight the fastest are 3 simple things, that anyone can do. ⬇️
1- HIIT workouts! High-Intensity Interval Training! alternates short bursts of maximum-effort exercise with brief recovery periods. It pushes your heart rate to \(80-90\%\) of its maximum capacity, allowing you to burn more calories, build endurance, and improve cardiovascular health in as little as 10 to 30 minutes.
2- Intermittent fasting! When you wake up in morning, take your supplements as normal, but do not eat anything until 12pm. You will bloat less and wake up every morning with a flatter stomach. IF is an eating pattern that cycles between scheduled periods of eating and fasting. Rather than dictating what to eat, it focuses on when to eat, often used to manage weight, reduce inflammation, and improve metabolic.
3-Portion control! Everyone thinks that losing weight is all about what you eat, and it is, but most importantly it is about HOW MUCH you’re eating. Start small, if you have a whataburger addiction, instead of the whole meal, cut out the French fries. Your stomach will start to shrink and you will automatically learn self control and stay to eat less. Pay attention to serving sizes. Instead of sitting down with the whole bag of chips, check the serving size on the back and put that amount in a baggy. When it comes to what you’re eating, I have figured out in the past 12 years that there’s a healthy alternative to about every bad food out there. Google it if you have to. Start buying cleaner ingredients to cook with!
