Most people assume the hardest part was resisting food or having more discipline.
To me, the hardest work wasn’t facing my pain and fears over and over again.
The hardest work has been allowing myself to feel more joy.✨
Over and over again.
Without creating a problem.
Without looking for a reason to suffer or overstuff.
Without making it harder than it needs to be.
Without complaining, blaming, or waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Realizing that joy, happiness, peace, beauty, and pleasure aren’t things I have to earn.
They’re my birthright.
And yours too.
So instead of feeling guilty about eating a cookie...
What if you felt grateful?
Grateful that you got to enjoy it.
Grateful for the experience.
Grateful for your body’s ability to taste, digest, and move on.
And watch what happens.
Because when you’re genuinely feeling gratitude for a cookie, why would you need five more?
So much of overeating isn’t too much hunger.
It’s guilt.
It’s scarcity.
It’s the feeling that this moment shouldn’t be enough.
Gratitude changes that.
Maybe the next level isn’t more discipline.
Maybe it’s more joy?!
This is the work I do with women inside my program.
Not teaching you how to be more disciplined.
Teaching you how to trust yourself enough to enjoy your life.
To eat the cookie.
To stop when you’ve had enough.
To feel grateful instead of guilty.
To create a hot body and life that feels like freedom instead of constant management.🔥
Because in my experience, sustainable weight loss isn’t built on suffering.
It’s built on connection.
And it can last a lifetime. ✨
If you’re ready for support, send me a DM with the word JOY and I’ll tell you more about working together.
And I’m curious...
Where in your life do you notice guilt stealing joy?
Delicious food?
Rest?
Money?
Your body?
Success at work?
Love and family?
Pleasure, passion, and desire for your dreams in general!?
Tell me below. 👇
And let’s let. that. s**t. go.
If I can, you can!
