😹Real talk: your cervix is not a crystal ball. A cervical check won’t tell how much longer you have till baby or if you’ll go into labor anytime soon. It’s an assessment of where you are in that moment.

Can they be useful? Sure
Are they required? Nope never
Are there risks? Yup. Nothing is without risk😉
