Not only are these women total BADASSES—headed to the USPA Takeover Powerlifting Meet—but they’re also some of the funniest, kindest, most supportive souls I’ve ever met 🖤

Even after battling through some serious injuries, they’ve pushed past every obstacle and continue to thrive like the absolute champs they are 💪✨

& — I couldn’t appreciate you both more. Thank you for being the most inspiring, strong, genuine and supportive souls🙌

So thankful for amazing clients who truly feel like family 🫶
