4 years ago today, I graduated from yoga teacher training by teaching a yoga class that I had written myself. It was a prenatal yoga class.

When I began the training, I had no intention of teaching, but too many circumstances lined up. And by the end, I was laser focused on my passion to support women through their pregnancies not only with prenatal yoga classes, but also with birth doula support.

It is truly an honor to walk with the beautiful mommas growing these sweet babies each and every week! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
