Steve is a long time client of mine. Comes weekly, has fun, and pushes weight hard. He is a Cincinnati firefighter, so being in shape is important for his job. When Steve first came to me he struggled to press 30lb dumbbells for reps due to a bad shoulder. With proper exercises and programming he is now doing some big weight these days. So I am very proud of Steve for his work ethic and dedication to becoming better everytime he shows up. He has the desire to be great!

Here’s a little snip into my life. The dream you might ask, what is it?

The dream is to own and run a successful gym where Wannum helps people better themselves everyday. Somewhere where people feel safe to show up and be themselves during an activity where they may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

This dream is evolving and still a work in progress. But doing my best and showing up everyday to take steps towards that dream. Follow along to see how Wannum grows, helps people, and changes stereotypes about fitness.

Hey everyone this is my leg/ plyometric workout I did recently. Pushing myself very hard on back squat lately. Heavy singles and heavy working weight for reps. Destroyed my legs. Plyos felt pretty good this week, did some full length jumping too.
